A free developmental screening clinic will be held Friday, August 18 for children ages 3 to 5 who are residents of Garden City. The screening will take approximately an hour and a half. Trained professionals will check each child's hearing, vision, large and small muscle development, communication, and thinking skills. The Kansas Highway Patrol performed their annual school bus inspection this morning. Every school bus must pass inspection before the district can use the vehicles to transport students. For the third year in a row, Garden City Public Schools received a 100% inspection score. Great job to all the Transportation staff who made this happen!
