Garden City High School held its fall Career & Technical Education (CTE) advisory council meeting this morning. Industry professionals helped the school’s pathway teachers align the current CTE pathways to industry demands and refine the pathway goals for the next three years.

There will be no school for Garden City Public Schools on Monday, October 23, 2023. Monday is a scheduled inservice for teachers in the district during the morning and a workday during the afternoon. Classes will be back in session on Tuesday, October 24, 2023.

The lockout for all schools has been lifted and the rest of the school day will continue as normal. The district will send a letter to parents through Remind later today.
Due to an emergency situation in the community, all schools are on lockout. No one will be allowed in or out of the buildings, but classes will continue as normal inside.
