There are a number of Band Instrument Showcase nights planned. The nights will be held at the intermediate centers for 6th grade band students in the district.
Bernadine Sitts Intermediate Center has planned its showcase for Tuesday, August 25, from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Charles O. Stones Intermediate Center has planned its showcase for Thursday, August 27, from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m.
The event allows students and parents to view and try the instruments that will be on display and visit with the music store representatives. This streamlined approach saves time and ensures students have the correct instrument for the program. This is also a great time to learn about the band program in the school district.
