The first day of school for Garfield Early Childhood Center will be Monday, August 17, 2026. There are two sessions held during the day at the school. The morning session will start at 8:45 a.m. and ends at 11:50 a.m. The afternoon session will start at 1:15 p.m. and ends at 4:20 p.m.
The school is starting on Monday, August 17, because it is holding a Screening Clinic on Thursday, August 13th, and Friday, August 14, 2026. This is part of getting students ready for the start of the year at the school.
The district is asking parents to update their contact information with the schools. The district needs this contact information so buildings can contact families on any updates as we progress through the school year.
