Garden City Schools have planned a number of retirement receptions for district staff during the week. The receptions are being held to recognize the many years of dedicated service that the employees have provided to the school district.
Garfield Early Childhood Center party for Marsha Dixon and Rosario Ruvalcaba is on Monday, May 11th, at 4:30 p.m. in the lounge at the school.
Horace Good Middle School reception for Paula Baker is on Wednesday, May 13th, from 7:20 to 7:50 a.m. The event will be held in the Courtyard.
Garden City Achieve party for Glenda Gibson and Norma Ayala will be held on Wednesday, May 13th. The event will be held from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in Room 109.
Gertrude Walker Elementary School reception for Manuela Vigil on Wednesday, May 13th. The reception will be held from 5:00 - 6:30 p.m.
Charles O. Stones Intermediate Center party for Rhonda Soto, Julie Morris, and Tersea Nolan will be held on Thursday, May 14th. The party will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Edith Scheuerman Elementary School party for Sara Brown and Penny Medina will be held on Friday, May 15th. The party will be held at 4:10 p.m.
