Garden City Public Schools will open online registration on Monday, April 17, for the 2023-2024 school year. Parents will need to go to Skyward click here. Parents will need to use an iPad, laptop, or desktop computer for the registration process.
Parents will need their Family Access username/password for the registration process. If they do not have one yet, they will need to contact their child’s school. Parents that have a child eligible for Kindergarten, that are not currently attending Garfield Early Childhood Center, will need to click on add a new student to register that child. Parents will need to upload that child’s birth certificate, immunizations, parent ID and their proof of address.
Parents new to the district will need to click on the “Parents” link at the top of the district’s website and then click on the “Enrollment” link in the drop down menu. This will get them the option to start the registration process for their child.
On the Skyward enrollment home page, there will be a message for each current student that needs to register starting April 17th. In the message, there is a link to click on, that will take the parent into that student’s registration form. Parents will need to follow the prompts and complete all the information. Once all of the steps have been completed, the parent will submit the form. Once the form is submitted an email will be sent.
The district encourages parents to pay any outstanding fees at this time. Parents will need to check with their child’s school on the status of any outstanding or current fees, or they can see them on Skyward.
