Technology Systems Account Information |
Employees of USD 457 need to be aware of policies and procedures relating to Technology Systems policies and procedures. Each employee is required to read and sign an Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for Technology System form and attend/review a required orientation video before any Technology Systems accounts may be issued.
Procedure to get your Technology Systems Accounts
* Get a copy of the AUP form
(may get copy from building System Operator or download from the link below)
* Schedule a time with your buildings System Operator to watch the orientation video*
* Sign and return the AUP form to your building System Operator

Older students, those fifth grade and up, will also need to complete an orientation process and sign an AUP form. Their parents will also need to sign the form. AUPs for students are provided below in English and Spanish.
