WE BELIEVE:

-Staff Development is required for ALL certified and classified personnel in order to continue to enhance and improve their competency.

-Staff Development should link the district, the building, and the individual.

-Staff Development should focus on the desired outcomes and results of participation versus just attendance.

-The ultimate purpose of staff development is to impact student learning.

-Staff Development should be a life-long learning process.
