The NCA is an association for accreditation that assures quality schools providing quality education. Accreditation is an official recognition that we have achieved the status of quality. Our school is currently in its 5th year, which means if we achieve our goals we’ll be certified as a quality school for 5 years.
When a school is accredited it means to you as a parent that:
Your children are taught by qualified teachers;
Their classes are appropriately staffed;
They are receiving a rich, diverse and sound curriculum;
They can participate in a wide array of student activities;
They have access to a range of support services; and
The school meets safety standards.
Here at Victor Ornelas we work to achieve accreditation on 2 different subjects, organized in Committees: Math and Communications.
Although we don't report it, we also have an Affective Committee.
You can click on the links above to each one of the committees to learn more about them.
