Welcome to Victor Ornelas!  I am Heath Hogan and I am the Principal here at VO.  I have been the head prinicipal in this building since 2001, and was the assistant principal in 2000.  Victor Ornelas is one of the larger elementary schools in Garden City with over 430 students.  We have students from 3 years old up through 4^th grade.  Our population is made up of 93% minority, with Hispanic students being the majority. 

Victor Ornelas offers a wide variety of programs for student participation.  Some of these include; Student Council, Lunch Bunch, Colorful Kids, and many more.
