Click Add and type in the choice box "make selection".  In the initial state box choose Selected.

Step 4A:

Click Add and type website name in Choice box and check the specify value box.  In the specify value box type the http:// web address.  make sure Initial state is "Not Selected".  Link to 10 school appropriate websites.

Step 5: In the HTML tab, Add the code below to the following tag <p><select size="1" name="D1" >: 

it should appear like:

<p><select size="1" name="D1" onchange="window.location.href=this.value;">

Step 6:  Right click and delete submit and reset buttons
