Membership If you wish to become a member or continue your membership, please complete the following forms: Interact Club Newsletter and Membership. If you would like to terminate your membership or are no longer interested in becoming a member, please complete the Interact Club Newsletter form. Or you may personally contact Mr. Neri, or Katie Williams. You will be taken off the list and will no longer receive notifications. Membership fee and shirt money must be handed in by September 22nd to Katie Williams or you may bring your form to Mr. Neri in room J211. All Members--Point System To help strengthen our group and facilitate service both locally and internationally, we are continuing with the points system for Interact. Each member will need to acquire points to remain an active member. A total of 545 points must be met at the end of the year. 70% of this total is your current goal for the semester. You may achieve your points by attending various Interact events (meetings, fundraisers, socials, service projects, etc.). It is possible that bonus points will be assigned throughout the semester. Your first opportunity to earn bonus points will be with our fundraiser. Each member who sells more than 10 Maredy items per semester will earn a one point per item bonus. Posted 9/18/06 (updated) |

All Members--Challenge Ultimately, your
challenge is to make a difference in our community.
Identify a need in our community and develop a plan to help meet
that need. Some possible
ideas for service projects may be tutoring, mentoring, a coat drive,
volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, school supplies (elementary
school). You may work alone,
work with other members, or incorporate the entire group.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to fund each project 100%.
