Exporting Grades from Integrade Pro:
For each class:
1) Change the Spreadsheet (at the top under your Class) to the current Grading Period

Your grade book will change to the Grades/Progress spreadsheet.
2) Go to Tasks and select Copy Tasks

3) Choose Weighted Type, then Next

4) Choose Weighted Type again, then Next

5) Choose Grade at the top, then Next

6) Choose Letter Grade (not Raw Score), then OK

Letter grades will fill in the column under the "Grade" heading. Now you're finished with this class. Click OK and go on to the next class.
.
Right Mouse Click g in the Comment(s) Columns to add one or two appropriate comments on each student. That is optional but they do print out on the grade report
Do this for each class. When you have performed the Copy Tasks procedure for all of your current semester classes, go to File --> Export from Gradebook (do this step only once at the end for all classes).

Make sure the correct grading period box is checked and choose Next.

You will get a warning box telling you that some data is missing. Don't worry about this; just click the check box at the bottom to "Continue with export anyway".

Then click the Export button.

You will get a list of folders in a popup window (be patient; sometimes it takes awhile!).
That's all there is to it.
You will most likely get a screen saying that errors were detected. Ignore this. You can choose "Yes" to view the error log if you enjoy reading error logs or choose "No" to go on.

If you want to check that all of your grades made it safe and sound, e-Mail Geri Cabbage and she will check for you.
Note: Before using your grade book again, change your Spreadsheet for each class from the Grading Period Spreadsheet back to Weighted Type (Numeric Weighted Type).
